Legal

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of ValueQuarry, a public pricing, profit, and payout toolkit owned and operated by Adam Rodgers.

These legal pages explain how the site handles privacy, site use, and disclaimers.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful personal or business planning purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt service, scrape or copy content at abusive scale, or use the calculators in a way that harms the site or other users.

ValueQuarry may limit, block, or restrict access from users or automated traffic that appears abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with normal use.

Advertising

The site may display ads served through Adsterra or related advertising services. Those ads do not alter calculator results, recommendations, or editorial positions.

ValueQuarry does not currently use affiliate links or commission-based recommendations as part of its normal site content.

Content and intellectual property

The site design, copy, calculator logic, page structure, branding, and published content remain the property of Adam Rodgers, operating as ValueQuarry, unless otherwise stated. Using the site does not transfer any ownership rights in the content or software.

You may reference public pages in the normal course of business, but you may not republish substantial portions of the site as your own product or service without permission.

Contact and notices

Questions about these terms, site notices, or general legal/contact requests may be sent to contact@valuequarry.com.

Calculator and tool requests may also be submitted through the request form shown on the site.

No warranty

ValueQuarry is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that pages will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to your situation.

Calculator outputs are estimates built for planning. You are responsible for checking important assumptions against your own costs, platform policies, tax rules, contracts, and accounting practices.

Liability limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ValueQuarry is not liable for losses, claims, or damages that result from using, relying on, or being unable to use the site.

If you make a pricing, tax, legal, hiring, or business decision based on site content, you do so at your own risk and should obtain qualified advice when the decision matters.
